Central Surrey Health provides award winning therapy and community nursing services to the 280,000 strong population of Central Surrey. Since 2006, Central Surry Health have continually improved services and has been recognised locally and nationally for its achievements.

Dragonhead were requested to support in the transition of CSH from the confines of the PCT, into the successful not for profit organisation it has grown into.
To ensure the required breath and depth of improvements were successfully managed we introduced a stepped approach, formulating and facilitating cross functional focus groups to act as champions and advocates. Introducing these teams across the organisation enabled a consistent and workable approach.

By using the Lean approach to storage and space we were able to improve the quality of service CSH provided to their patients, resulting in 25 trucks of rubbish and over half a day of industrial shredding / document destruction.

The successful transformation of People, Process and Technology provided the insight and knowledge for CSH to determine a technology infrastructure allowing the business to move forward independently of the PCT internal IT department.
